Ingredients
- 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. pie filling, strawberry, cherry, or possibly blueberry
- 1 x 9 inch graham cracker crust
Directions
- Method:1. Cream together cream cheese and condensed lowfat milk till smooth.
- 2. Add in lemon juice and blend well.
- 3. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- 4. Top with fruit pie filling.
- 5. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs before serving.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
