Easy Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 x (14 oz) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 2 c. pie filling, strawberry, cherry, or possibly blueberry
  • 1 x 9 inch graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. Method:1. Cream together cream cheese and condensed lowfat milk till smooth.
  2. 2. Add in lemon juice and blend well.
  3. 3. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  4. 4. Top with fruit pie filling.
  5. 5. Refrigeratefor 2 hrs before serving.
  6. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  7. This recipe was given to me by a friend. It has never failed me.
