1 package chocolate Jell-O
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 tub Cool Whip
1 shortbread pie crust

Directions

Add in 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk to chocolate Jell-O mix, stir for 1 minute. Add in softened cream cheese and blend till smooth.
Mix in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Spread mix proportionately in pie crust and chill till set.
Use remaining Cool Whip as pie topping.
Enjoy!
