Ingredients
- 1 lb dry yellow split peas
- 2 x celery stalks finely minced
- 1 lrg carrot finely minced
- 1 med onion finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 x bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 x chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 quart water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hrs. Garnish with minced green pepper.
