Dad's Rub Recipe

This is a rub that my dad developed for smoking meats at our supper club. It works great for grilling and we used it on pork, chicken and beef.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and keep in shaker container in
  2. cool dry location.
  3. Use on ribs, roasts, hamburgers, chicken, lamb, anything for roasting, smoking, or grilling.
  4. Once rubbed on meat, cook indirectly on grill with soaked wood chips over the hot side. Cook to temperature noted for type of meat being prepared.
