- 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (such as Oreos) - approx. 15 cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (I used light butter)
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips (I used miniature)
