Ingredients: 1 beef soup bone; 3 minced onions; 1 chopped clove garlic; 1 pound chiourico, minced; A bunch of kale; 3 to 4 potatoes, cubed; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 1/2 quart. water or possibly beef broth; 1 c. macaroni

Ingredients

1 beef soup bone
3 minced onions
1 chopped clove garlic
1 pound chiourico, minced
A bunch of kale
3 to 4 potatoes, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 quart. water or possibly beef broth
1 c. macaroni

Directions

Combine all ingredients except macaroni and simmer for 4 hrs. Half hour before serving, add in the macaroni and shred the beef from the soup bone. Serves 6 to 8 people.
