Directions

  1. Day before or possibly early morning: Mash brown beans into paste. Mince garlic very fine. Mix all ingredients except ribs together. (Mixes easy if stock is heated first.) Marinate (in pan) ribs for 6 1/2 hrs. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Place pan of ribs in oven for 20 min, lower temperature to 325 degrees for 15 min. Remove ribs from oven.
  2. They can be cooled and refrigerated till later when ready to use. Broil ribs on racks till brown on both sides. Should be crisp and tender.
