Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients. Press mix over bottom and 1/2 to 3/4 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla and melted butter till thoroughly mixed. Pour over prepared crust in springform pan and bake in center of a 350 degree oven for 50-60 min.
  3. Center should wiggle a bit when done, but will hard up when chilled. Chill for 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  4. Serves 12. Keep cool.
