Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
  2. Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.
  3. Lightly beat Large eggs.
  4. Combine apple, Large eggs, sugar, oil, walnuts and vanilla.
  5. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
  6. Add in flour mix to apple mix.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour into prepared tin.
  9. Bake for approximately 60 min.
