Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add in flour and 7-Up alternately, mixing well after each addition. Mix in lemon juice and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 min. Cold on wire rack and remove from pan.
  2. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
