7 Grain Oatmeal Cake Recipe

• CREAM TOGETHER:
• 1 c. AM Canola Oil
• 2 c. Maple syrup
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla MIX Until SMOOTH:
• 2 c. AM Unbleached White Flour
• 3/8 c. AM Soy Flour
• 1/2 c. Cool water
• 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
• 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
• 3 x Egg whites
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Non-alum baking pwdr MIX THE ABOVE 2 MIXTURES TOGETHER AND Add in:
• 1 c. Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
• 5 c. AM rolled Oats
• 1/2 c. Raisins (optional)
• 1/2 c. Minced nuts
