Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast; 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour; 1 c. bread flour; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 c. crumbled 7-grain cereal flakes; 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk; 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr; 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine; 1/8 c. dark molasses; 1 c. hot water - (100 to 105 deg) plus; 3 Tbsp. hot water and also; 2 tsp hot water

Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "Whole Wheat" bread setting; crust color light.
