About me

I care for my elderly cousin in a small town in Ky. That includes my keeping up with the maintenance of the home and land which isn't an easy task. I don't have much time for a home cooked meal but I try to fix a meat and 3 vegetables every night. I like quick and easy recipes much better than spending all afternoon in the kitchen. I used to love to crochet and quilt but not much time for it now. Hopefully I will get caught up one day because I loved my creations.
