About me

I love to cook! When my husband got out of the Air Force, we had 7 children and my sister lived with us for a while, so I was used to cooking large amounts of food. We put in a garden and everyone had their own rows to keep weeded......Now all these years later we have 21 grandchildren, and 13 GREAT Grandchildren. Sometimes I do a Lot of cooking, but now I'm trying to scale down to only 2 people with many health issues , so I look for recipes my husband can and will eat...... I'm disabled now, can no longer do much with my feet, but I'm so thankful that I still have 2 feet ..........I love working in my garden and making jewelery, and looking for little ways to encourage my friends and others who are also in my condition or worse.
