Ingredients
- 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. yeast
Directions
- Mix wild rice, honey and molasses and let set overnight. In breadmaker, add in flour, butter, dry lowfat milk, sugar, salt and water. Add in wild rice mix. Add in yeast and cook as directed.
- Note: I just mix the dough, remove and separate into 12 rolls in a greased glass pie plate. Let rise 30-45 min and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
