Directions

  1. Sift together the two flours. Mix dry yeast, distilled water and honey. Let stand 5 min. Add in salt and 1 c. flour. Mix well. Add in safflower oil. Knead in remaining flour for about 5 min till smooth and elastic. Cover, let rest 15 min.
  2. Place on well-greased glass Pyrex pizza baking dish. Add in sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.
