Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 chicken thighs, skinned, boned, and sliced
  • 2 small red onions, chopped
  • 2 bunches asparagus, rinsed well and cut into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
