- Broccoli flowerettes
- Carrots, sliced
- Onions, rings
- Mushrooms, fresh
- Red, yellow and green peppers, (strips)
- Celery, minced
- Red potatoes, not peeled 1/4 inch slices
- Zucchini, sliced
- Summer squash, sliced
- butter
- Salt, pepper or possibly favorite spices
Directions
- Wrap vegetables in triple layer of tin foil, folded sides together. Cook on grill for approximately 20 to 30 min turning every 10 min.
