Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound thinly sliced veal for scaloppine
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry leaf oregano
- 2 bananas, sliced
Directions
- In a large skillet heat butter. Add in veal and sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook over moderate heat, turning occasionally till veal is just tender. Add in sliced bananas and heat.
