Ingredients
- 3 c. quick oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. In saucepan combine last 3 ingredients and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Immediately pour boiling sugar mix over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Quickly drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. When cookies set up they are ready to eat. Makes about 3 dozen.
