,%20and%20some%20other%20issues,%20I've%20had%20three%20weeks%20now%20where%20I've%20only%20exercised%20once%20per%20week%20in%20a%20hot%20yoga%20class.%20In%20some%20ways%20it%20was%20a%20good%20break%20%E2%80%94%20my%20knees%20were%20a%20wreck%20and%20it%20gave%20them%20a%20chance%20to%20rest.%20But%20it%20also%20got%20me%20out%20of%20my%20morning%20workout%20habit.%20I%20don't%20know%20why,%20but%20whenever%20I%20take%20a%20break,%20I%20get%20anxious%20about%20starting%20up%20my%20workouts%20again!%20It's%20like%20I%20think%20I%20won't%20be%20able%20to%20do%20it%20after%20taking%20some%20time%20off.%20This%20morning,%20though,%20I%20finally%20got%20myself%20to%20the%20gym%20to%20lift%20weights%20for%20the%20first%20time%20in%20three%20weeks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20current%20(ideal)%20routine%20is%20weightlifting%20(squats,%20presses,%20rows,%20and%20glute%20machine)%20on%20Mondays,%20hot%20yoga/pilates%20mix%20on%20Tuesday,%20weightlifting%20on%20Wednesdays,%20a%20break%20on%20Thursdays,%20intense%20hot%20yoga%20or%20weightlifting%20on%20Fridays,%20and%20hot%20yoga/pilates%20mix%20on%20Saturdays.%20Eventually%20I%20might%20switch%20things%20up%20to%20try%20a%20circuit%20class%20on%20Saturdays%20and%20a%20hot%20yoga/circuit%20mix%20on%20Thursdays%20instead%20of%20the%20current%20schedule.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20now,%20though,%20I'd%20be%20happy%20to%20just%20actually%20fulfill%20my%20ideal%20schedule!%20Before%20my%20break,%20I%20was%20still%20only%20hitting%203-4%20of%20my%20workouts%20each%20week.%20That%20isn't%20bad,%20especially%20since%20when%20I%20first%20moved%20here%20and%20took%20my%20current%20job,%20I%20had%20to%20knock%20my%20workouts%20down%20to%20just%20once%20per%20week%20for%20an%20entire%20school%20year.%20I%20know%20I'm%20doing%20better%20than%20I%20was!%20But%20I%20also%20know%20how%20much%20better%20I%20feel%20when%20I%20work%20out%20each%20morning,%20so%20I%20have%20to%20keep%20trying%20to%20improve.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHow%20about%20you?%20What's%20your%20ideal%20fitness%20schedules?%20Are%20you%20hitting%20your%20goals%20right%20now?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20large%20sweet%20potatoes%20(look%20for%20ones%20that%20are%20shaped%20like%20a%20fat%20oval)%202%20tablespoons%20olive%20oil%201/2%20teaspoon%20cumin%201/2%20teaspoon%20chili%20powder%201%20teaspoon%20brown%20sugar%201/2%20teaspoon%20salt%202%20tablespoons%20butter%202%20tablespoons%20and%201%20teaspoon%20half%20&%20half,%20divided%202%20tablespoons%20chopped%20chipotles%20in%20adobo%20sauce%202%20teaspoons%20of%20adobo%20sauce%20from%20can%20more%20salt%20and%20pepper%20to%20taste%202%20eggs%20chopped%20cilantro%20for%20garnish%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20400%20degrees%20F%20and%20cover%20a%20baking%20sheet%20with%20foil.%20Poke%20each%20sweet%20potato%205-6%20times%20with%20a%20fork%20and%20rub%20them%20with%20olive%20oil.%20Bake%20for%201%20hour%20or%20until%20a%20knife%20poked%20into%20them%20meets%20no%20resistance.%20While%20they%20bake,%20mix%20the%20cumin,%20chili%20powder,%20brown%20sugar,%20and%20salt.%20Let%20the%20baked%20sweet%20potatoes%20cool%20for%2010%20minutes%20before%20slicing%20the%20top%20third%20off%20of%20each%20potato.%20Use%20a%20spoon%20to%20carefully%20scoop%20out%20the%20flesh%20(leave%20about%201/8%20inch%20of%20flesh%20in%20the%20skin%20to%20give%20it%20some%20sturdiness).%20Mix%20the%20sweet%20potato%20flesh%20in%20a%20medium%20bowl%20with%20the%20butter,%202%20tablespoons%20half%20and%20half,%20spice%20mixture,%20chopped%20chipotles,%20and%20adobo%20sauce.%20Return%20the%20mixture%20to%20the%20potatoes,%20packing%20it%20in%20and%20creating%20a%20well%20in%20the%20center.%20You%20will%20have%20a%20little%20of%20the%20mixture%20left%20over%20to%20enjoy%20as%20a%20snack,%20since%20all%20of%20it%20won't%20fit%20back%20into%20the%20potato.%20(At%20this%20point%20you%20can%20cover%20the%20potatoes%20and%20refrigerate%20overnight%20if%20you%20wish.%20If%20you%20do,%20just%20let%20them%20come%20to%20room%20temperature%20before%20topping%20with%20an%20egg%20and%20baking%20them%20the%20next%20day.)%20Break%20one%20egg%20over%20each%20sweet%20potato%20and%20lightly%20salt%20and%20pepper%20the%20egg.%20Pour%20the%20last%20teaspoon%20of%20half%20and%20half%20over%20the%20yolk%20of%20the%20egg.%20Bake%20for%2020-25%20minutes,%20or%20until%20the%20egg%20whites%20are%20opaque%20and%20the%20yolks%20have%20firm%20edges%20and%20are%20soft%20in%20the%20center.%20Remove%20from%20the%20oven,%20sprinkle%20with%20cilantro,%20and%20serve%20immediately.%20%203.2.2925%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
