Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato puree
- 2 can Cooked haricot beans, liquid removed
- 2 can Plum tomatoes, minced
- 3 x Cloves garlic
- 100 ml Red wine
- 8 x Toulouse sausages
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs, fried in extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Heat the butter and fry the onions and tomato puree. Add in the next five ingredients and cook for 10-15 min.
- Meanwhile grill the sausages. To serve spoon beans on plate, top with sausages and scatter over the parsley and crumbs.
