Directions

  1. Add in sugar to tomatoes and let stand overnight. Drain off juice and boil it rapidly till it spins a thread when dropped from a spoon. Add in tomatoes, lemon, and ginger; cook till thick and clear. Can be canned in sterilized jars or possibly used fresh.
  2. This is nice where fruits and berries are scarce.
