• 2 c. Bread Flour
• 1 c. Whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Honey
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine or possibly extra virgin olive oil
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Yeast
• 3 Tbsp. Raisins
• 2 med Apples uPeeled and Choppedu
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp. Apple pie Spice or possibly Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Poppy seeds
• 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
