Ingredients
- 2 stk margarine, minus 1 Tbsp.
- 4 Tbsp. Confectioner's sugar
- 2 c. Sifted flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Water
- 1/2 c. Sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- Â Â Confectioner's sugar
Directions
- Cream margarine with sugar; add in flour, vanilla, water, potatoes and pecans.
- Mix well. Roll pinches of dough into small oblong rolls. Bake on cookie sheet in 300F oven for 30 min. Let cold completely and roll in confectioners' sugar.
