  • 3/4 c. of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar (or possibly less to taste)
  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 1/2 small head of cabbage
  • 1 carrot grated or possibly minced in mini processor
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. This is best prepared by chopping the cabbage in the food processor.Next, just put the remaining ingredients on top and mix together.
  2. Place in fridge for about an hour before serving.
