Ingredients
- 2 lb pork roast, lean & boneless,
- Â Â sliced 1/2" thick
- 2 lb carrots
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 lb beef roast, lean & boneless,
- Â Â sliced 1/2" thick
- 8 x potatoes, (8 to 10)
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Have meat cutter alternate slices of pork and beef and tie roast together.
- Place roast in large roaster with 1 c. of water. Add in vegetables and roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Great for company.
