%20and%20have%20a%20sort%20of%E2%80%A6Iron%20Chef%20Cook-off.%20Where%20they%20basically%20try%20to%20out%20do%20each%20other%20and%20end%20up%20making%20WAY%20too%20much%20food!%20So%20Saturday%20night,%20the%20brothers%20dined%20but%20instead%20of%20each%20one%20making%20an%20entr%C3%A9e,%20they%20split%20up%20the%20courses%20of%20the%20meal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EParrish%20was%20assigned%20salad,%20and%20it%20was%20SO%20good,%20that%20I%20ended%20up%20making%20a%20little%20for%20myself%20too!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESunday%20Caesar%20Salad%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20thing%20about%20a%20Caesar%20Salad%20is%20that%20it%E2%80%99s%20simple.%20And%20it%E2%80%99s%20really%20all%20about%20the%20dressing.%20But%20since%20bottled%20dressing%20can%20be%20full%20of%20gluten%20bombs%20and%20high%20fructose%20corn%20syrup,%20I%20like%20to%20make%20my%20own.%20PLUS%20bottled%20dressing%20has%20nothing%20on%20this!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20blender,%20combine%20egg%20yolks,%20garlic,%20water,%20lemon,%20mustard,%20and%20anchovy%20filets.%20Blend%20for%2030%20seconds%20or%20until%20smoothly%20combined.%20With%20blender%20on,%20slowly%20pour%20in%20the%20oil.%20You%20have%20to%20pour%20it%20in%20slowly,%20so%20that%20oil%20emulsifies%20and%20combines%20with%20the%20dressing%20instead%20of%20separating.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20result:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECreamy,%20yummy%20goodness%20that%20is%20DEFINITELY%20gluten%20free!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20with%20locally%20made%20Dijon%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20eggs%20from%20my%20friend%E2%80%99s%20chickens%20(laid%20only%20a%20few%20days%20ago),%20this%20dressing%20was%20not%20only%20home%20made%20but%20truly%20fresh!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
