Ingredients
- 2 quarts. strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 c. claret or possibly rose
Directions
- Puree berries. Put together sugar and water over heat till dissolved. Mix with puree and lemon juice. Add in wine. Refrigerate. Ice. Makes 12 (4 ounce) servings.
