  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 medium shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
