State Fair's Best Cherry Apple Bread Recipe

• 1 c. water lukewarm, 80 deg F
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 c. bread flour
• 2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp orange rind grated
• 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine cut in 4 pieces
• 2 tsp active dry yeast Or possibly 1 1/2 tsp Rapid Rise yeast
• 1/2 c. cherries to 1/3 C,
•     Montmorency, slightly chop Or possibly dehydrated cherries
• 1/3 c. apples dehydrated, slightly minced
