  1. Seafood Alternatives: cod, salmon, shrimp To make the spicy remoulade sauce, stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Break the fish into 1/2- to 1-inch pcs, discarding any skin or possibly bones, and put it in a medium bowl. Add in the remoulade sauce and gently stir to mix.
  3. Halve the kaiser rolls and lightly toast the cut sides. Layer the lettuce, tomato and 1/4 of the fish mix in each roll.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Comments: A cross between traditional French and spicy New Orleans remoulade, this sauce is a nice alternative to tartar. Make it as mild or possibly spicy as you like!
