Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Oil; 375 gm Steak, rump, thinly sliced; 1 x Capsicum (Pepper,Red); Sliced; 1 c. Mushrooms (button) sliced; 2 x Spring; Onions(shallot)sliced; 1 bn Asparagus, sliced; 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce; 1 Tbsp. Chilli & Garlic sauce; 2 tsp Cornflour; 1/3 c. Water

375 gm Steak, rump, thinly sliced

1 c. Mushrooms (button) sliced

3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. Chilli & Garlic sauce
2 tsp Cornflour
1/3 c. Water

Directions

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in Work or possibly pan. Add in beef and stirfry till golden brown. Remove from pan Heat remaining oil in Wok, add in vegetables and stirfry for 2 min. Return meat to Wok with combined remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stir fry for 1 minute
