Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 4Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â ds Pepper, if you like
- 2Â 1/4 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds Mashed
- Â Â Potato mix (dry)
- Â Â Shredded cheddar cheese, if
- Â Â Minced green onions, if you like
Directions
- Heat margarine in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion in margarine about 3 min, stirring occasionally, till tender. Stir in water, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Stir in potato mix till dissolved. Serve with cheese and onion tops.
