This is an all time base mix for me.

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a shallow glass bowl.
  2. Add meat, and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
