Directions

  1. Cook broccoli and drain. Add in flour, salt and pepper to melted butter. Stir, wait till cold and stir in 1/2 pt. of lowfat sour cream. Layer broccoli, sauce, American cheese. Topping: 1/2 stick butter, 2 c. cornflakes, crushed. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min.
