Directions

  1. Combine flour, savory, salt and pepper in a paper bag, add in chicken and coat thoroughly. Heat oil in large skillet. Add in coated chicken and saute/fry over moderate heat till light brown. Add in seasoned flour mix if any remains and pour 1 1/2 c. orange juice over chicken. Sprinkle with ginger. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 min. Add in sugar to remaining orange juice and pour over chicken. Add in mushrooms. Dust with paprika, cover and simmer 10 min. Garnish with oranges.
