Ingredients
- 4 x strip steaks - (8 to 10 ounce ea)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp dry tarragon
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the broiler. Place the steaks on a broiler pan or possibly rimmed baking sheet which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread the mix over the steaks, coating well. Broil for 16 to 19 min for medium-rare, or possibly to desired doneness beyond which, turning halfway through the cooking.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: Add in a little pizzazz to your steak and really make it sizzle. Oh, sure, this can be cooked on the grill, too!
