Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler. Place the steaks on a broiler pan or possibly rimmed baking sheet which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread the mix over the steaks, coating well. Broil for 16 to 19 min for medium-rare, or possibly to desired doneness beyond which, turning halfway through the cooking.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. Comments: Add in a little pizzazz to your steak and really make it sizzle. Oh, sure, this can be cooked on the grill, too!
