Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Fat free mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
- Â Â Orange slices, for garnish (optional)
- Â Â Orange peel, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, orange peel, and cayenne. Serve asparagus and top with orange sauce. Garnish with orange slices and peel if you like.
- This recipe makes sufficient sauce for 2 pounds of fresh asparagus.
- Really dresses up the asparagus and makes you feel like you're eating something sinful. You can begin the sauce even after you start cooking the asparagus!
