Directions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in the shrimp; stir to coat. Set aside for 20 min. Combine sauce ingredients in a small serving bowl; set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the shrimp on a rack in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake till the shrimp feel hard and turn pink, about 6 min. Arrange on a platter. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature with the dipping sauce.
