Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 5 sticks of chopped green onions
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 lemons or limes (your choice of flavor )
  • 1 bag of frozen clean/devained uncooked shrimp.
  • 2 table spoons pepper paste
  • 2 table spoons tomatoe paste
  • 5 table spoons ketchup
  • 1 can tomatoe puree
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • and water for desired thickness.
  • want kick?
  • (Jalapeno peppers a great diced very small in this recepie.)

Directions

  1. Boil shrimp until light pink usually 4-6 minutes do not over cook or will become rubbery. I like to slice my shrimp in three but you can leave whole as well. Let chill in refigerator. serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Garnish with cilantro.
