Ingredients
- 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy works best)
- 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 6 ounce chocolate chips
- 11 c. Corn Chex cereal or possibly Crispix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions
- Heat peanut butter, margarine and chocolate chips in a sauce pan over medium heat (or possibly use a 4 c. Pyrex measuring c.; zap and stir, zap and stir till melted). Pour over cereal, being sure which all cereal is coated. Put 2 c. powdered sugar in a large zippered baggie (gallon size). Add in cereal and shake gently till all cereal is coated. Pour out onto wax paper to cold.
