Ingredients
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. instant onions
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- Add in garlic pwdr or possibly salt if you like
Directions
- Mix well and put in tight jar. Store in cool place. Crumbs can be used on all meats used for frying or possibly baking. Use butter instead of oil; drop meat in lowfat milk and roll in crumbs. Use chicken, tenderloins, pork chops, steak.
