Directions

  1. Season ahi with salt and pepper. Wrap nori sheet around ahi. Saute/fry in a teflon pan.
  2. Floral Greens:Blanch tomato and peel, then hollow out the inside. Arrange enoki mushrooms, warabi sprouts and Asian greens in tomato.
  3. Dressing:Mix red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, shallots and parsley in bowl. Pour over the Floral Greens.
  4. Yield: 1 serving
