Ingredients
- 4 c. noodles, cooked 10 min
- 8 tbsp. butter
- 2 or possibly more tbsp. minced onions
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. pimento
- 2 tbsp. bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. olives
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 cans corned beef
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Brown onion, pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add in flour and lowfat milk; bring to a boil, stirring till smooth. Add in meat and other ingredients except noodles. Layer the noodles and sauce in an oiled baking dish. Bake for 20 min at 375 degrees.
