Ingredients

  • 250 grams of gluten free graham crackers or ginger snaps, finely crushed
  • 3 Tbs of unsalted butter
  • 500 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 500 grams of softened cream cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 and 1/3 cups of whipping cream
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 small mango peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp of toasted saffron
  • A 10 inch spring form pan
  • butter for greasing the pan
