Ingredients
- 500 gm Fresh Sauteed Green Beans
- 1 x Red Pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/2 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 x salt and pepper
Directions
- Blanch the green beans in boiling salt water for 6 min. Place them into a pan of ice water to cool shock them. Saute/fry in a pan of melted margarine till heated through, add in the red pepper strips and cook till crisp. Salt and pepper to taste.
