Ingredients
- 8 ounce penne rigate
- 16 ounce spicy pork sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. blue cheese
- 4 ounce mushrooms sliced
- 2 Tbsp. red and green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Brown sausage with bell pepper & mushrooms in a pan; drain. Combine soup, lowfat sour cream & blue cheese in a saucepan; cook til cheese melts.
- Add in pasta, sausage, mushrooms & pepper, tossing. Put in a 7"x11" baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs & butter; sprinkle over casserole.E
- Bake at 350F for 1/2 hr.
