  • 1 can peaches - (29 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. peach schnapps
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 bot champagne - (750 ml) chilled

Directions

  1. Blend peaches, peach schnapps, lemon juice and Tabasco Sauce in blender or possibly food processor till smooth. Just before serving, pour in champagne.
  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
