Fast approaching 'that' time of year, this drink has been created for the most romantic of us on Valentines day. Enjoy this as aperitif and always drink responsibly!!
Ingredients
- 1oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2oz fresh Lemon juice
- small palmfull of fresh pear
- 3 Raspberries
- Martini Prosecco (top up)
Directions
- Shake all ingredients (exept Prosecco)
- Strain into champagne flute using a tea strainer- NO bits!
- Top up with Prosecco. Garnish with 2 raspberries dropped into the Cocktail. Enjoy!
